The Employment and Training Services Act, Cap 594 (Articles 36 and 37) make it mandatory for employers to submit Engagement and Termination forms.
In accordance with Cap 594, Jobsplus will shortly be adopting a policy setting out a 4 day timeframe for the submission of such forms following engagement / termination.
Jobsplus is organising a one-hour webinar to demonstrate how to register for a company account and how to submit employment forms online.
